I have always hated the car buying experience and my Reliable Toyota experience is exactly why. We found a vehicle, negotiated a price and went to Finance. I asked about rolling the sales tax into the loan and was assured that would take place, found out that wasn’t true when I went to get plates on the car. We also asked for some work to be done on the interior which we were told would take 2 days; 3 weeks later we got our car back. We were told there would be a credit for the inconvenience and we still haven’t seen this. I sent messages regarding this and they won’t answer me. Bad experience! Buyer beware! More

While I simply wanted to buy the vehicle because of the great service and their offer, my husband decided the vehicle was not what we needed at this point in our lives.
