In the past, other sales people I have dealt with were overly aggressive and solicitous. Nathan however, was super helpful in a passive way; and actually listed to what we had to say. It was refreshing. We purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander and couldn’t be happier. In fact, we plan to purchase one or two more vehicles through Nathan shortly.
