Surprisingly great experience. Down-home friendly. Came in to look at a used 2019 Barcelona Red 4Runner. Our appointment was set up with Adam CLare and Kyle Orr on Tuesday (3/17/2020, St Patties Day). Came in to look at a used 2019 Barcelona Red 4Runner. Our appointment was set up with Adam CLare and Kyle Orr on Tuesday (3/17/2020, St Patties Day). They made us feel comfortable when we arrived and my wife and I took the 4Runner for a spin to see how well it preformed. After returning from the test drive she was not completely satisfied with the exterior color and interior trim and could not make up her mind if she wanted it or not. Instead of trying to convince her to buy this vehicle, they suggested showing her something different. We asked for a new 2020 4Runner Limited with Metallic Grey exterior and Redwood interior colors and they had one. As soon as they drove it up my wife wispered to me (I love it). A little conversation ensued and I asked them for a price difference and trade in on our 2013 Highlander. We fell like they came back with an outstanding offer that we accepted. We didn't have to wait for offers to go back and forth before we came to a price we could accept. They beat other offers at dealerships in Oklahoma we had tried to deao with and spent long hours of tedious negotiations. This was a painless experience and now we own a 4Runner we are proud of.
