Didn't have the color I wanted, put $500 down to get one in from another dealer. A week later, when it came in, it had features I hadn't asked for, didn't have features installed that I was paying for, then they sat down and said they messed up on the rebates, and it was going to cost me another $1056. Sorry, no deal. I wonder how many people they gouge out of extra $$ by pulling this crap. More

I am late posting this, it happened at the end of January this year. Awesome customer service from my salesman Nathan Bright. We showed up just to look at RAV4s at about 5 minutes till closing time. At the previous dealer we had stopped by, they just ignored us for a half hour till I went in and got help. Even though it was so late, Nathan came out and told us all about the cars we were looking at. The car dealer turned off the lights and he just kept talking to us for about a half hour. This was Saturday night. Monday morning we went for a test drive first thing. He even bought a soda for my wife with his own change. It was the salesman that sold the car to me, not just the car. It was a great deal on a previous lease so it still had a factory warranty and was better than the one we were looking at. More
