New RAV4 We had been researching vehicles that were bigger than we were currently driving and the Toyota RAV4 kept showing up as we did our research. We liked the new redesign, the new technology, the space and customer reviews. We looked online at our local dealership Reliable Toyota to see what they had available and they had a huge selection so on our way to go get some groceries we decided to check them out in person. As we were walking on the parking lot a representative came and said hello to us. We explained that we had been doing quite a bit of research and the RAV4 was at the top of our list. Thats when we noticed the one that had caught our eye online sitting right in front of us. That's when the Toyota Rep named Nathan went and grabbed the key for us so we could see the inside of the vehicle for the first time in person. He explained all the buttons and new features that the RAV4 had to offer. He then offered us a chance to drive it. We were impressed with the different driving modes, how the car handled, the smoothness and the overall quality of the vehicle. Then Nathan took over and showed us the Apple Car Play (such a cool feature!), took us on the freeway to showoff the safety features (so futuristic, it will steer itself!) and then showed us around the dealership (where they'll serve you Jimmy Johns!). It was a wonderful experience. Then he asked if we wanted to see some options financially on it and was able to show us financing options along with leasing. He showed us all the features the car had on it and then let my husband and I take it for a test drive. We instantly fell in love and decided we would take it. Our bank had the loan approved within a couple hours and Ian had the car detailed and ready for me to roll out. It was a very smooth process and Ian and Alex were amazing at making us feel like a priority. Very honest, Christ minded workers and that speaks volumes to our family.
