Now we both have Toyota’s! My husband and I went to a local dealership to find me a new Toyota Tundra truck to get me out of my 2017 Dodge Charger. Arriving at the dealership we My husband and I went to a local dealership to find me a new Toyota Tundra truck to get me out of my 2017 Dodge Charger. Arriving at the dealership we were greeted by a nice lady who proceeded to show us a 2019 Toyota Tundra and all the available options. We test drove it and loved the truck so we decided that we'd try to purchase it. When we were presented with numbers we didn't feel like that they were quite valuing my vehicle trade-in enough so we expressed our concerns. That's when our sales rep's whole attitude changed. She responded with "We don't do the back and forth here." This is when we knew we had made a mistake by going to this dealership. Buying a vehicle is not like going to Walmart to purchase a gallon of milk. I knew trade values are flexible and within a certain range so I was shocked that this dealership was taking such a hard stance. Needless to say we left that dealership without a new truck but knew that was the truck for me. So my husband Richard suggested that we go to the dealership where he had just bought his Toyota 4Runner the previous summer. Even though that dealership is over an hour away I listened to his suggestion and made an appointment to go see what Reliable Toyota in Springfield could do for us. We headed down the road and actually arrived late for the appointment, but when we did show up the representative was courteous, polite and eager to help us. The truck that we had picked out online was parked up front on full display. I explained to the rep that we had already test drove one just like it however he asked if it'd be ok if we took this one a real quick trip around the dealership just to make sure it was the one for us. We obliged and my husband chose to drive since I had drove the other one. The representative Nathan never asked any of the generic questions that you'd expect from someone trying to sell a truck. We pulled back up to the front of the dealership and were ready to give Reliable the opportunity to sell us a truck. Nathan got our vehicle appraised and came back to the desk with the numbers from management. This is the part of the process that I don't like and the reason I bring my husband with me, because he's the toughest negotiator that I know. Once again we felt that our trade in was worth more than what they were offering. This time though, Reliable Toyota and the staff were willing to work with us, even when my husband kept counter offering. Nathan handled the process professionally and even when my husband apologized for the amount of times he countered, Nathan said he respected it and commended him for his efforts. Reliable gave us a bigger discount than the other dealership, were willing to hear us out and work with us on our trade in and the entire staff from the rep Nathan, to the Manager Mike, and the Business Manager Anthony treated us with respect and listened to our needs. From my husband and I, if you want a good deal, want to be treated with respect and have a someone who actually cares about the customer instead of just making a sale, go see NATHAN at RELIABLE TOYOTA! New Toyota Tacoma My wife Tenille had went in to the dealership the day before to check out Reliable Toyota's selection of trucks as I was considering trading in my 199 My wife Tenille had went in to the dealership the day before to check out Reliable Toyota's selection of trucks as I was considering trading in my 1997 Toyota Tacoma. Unfortunately she wasn't too pleased with the level of service provided so I decided to take out the family the next day in hopes of receiving better service. As soon as we were out of our vehicles and looking at the selection of new Tacoma's we were greeted by Nathan Hill. He was friendly and eager to help us. With me already pretty much knowing what I needed I began to ask questions about a specific truck. He was able to clearly explain my options even when it came to adding parts to the truck. I wanted to this specific truck out for a spin so he grabbed a license plate and allowed me to take it out for a spin without him even tagging along. The truck had everything I wanted except I was curious to see what the difference in the power of 4 cylinder was versus a V6. Once again he gave me the keys and license plate so I could take another truck out for a drive. After returning I knew I wanted the V6, This is where things got a little complicated as they didn't have an access cab V6 four-wheel drive SR5 in white. So he worked with me to locate one along with checking the availability of certain parts (a skid plate and bed mat). I was ready to move forward and get myself a new truck. So after Nathan presenting to us what I thought was a decent offer I decided to not purchase on the spot (even though my wife was urging me to because I was getting a great deal). We left the dealership, however Nathan touched base with me within an hour of leaving and was able to sweeten things just a little to my satisfaction. Today I picked up my new truck, Nathan had it full of gas, clean as a whistle and with all the parts I wanted on it installed. This was not a typical visit to a dealership. Nathan was always courteous and made sure that my needs were met. He went above and beyond to make my family happy and now we have a new truck! If you're reading this and are going to go into Reliable Toyota, ask for this man, it'll save you a lot of headache and frustration! Austin & Tenille Gauldin More

Awesome service and sales My wife and I had been semi considering a new vehicle for a moment when we scheduled a doctors appointment in Springfield, MO. When we arrived in tow My wife and I had been semi considering a new vehicle for a moment when we scheduled a doctors appointment in Springfield, MO. When we arrived in town a little early we decided to go check out the Toyota Dealership near by. As we drove on to the lot where all the vehicles were located we found the row of Highlanders that my wife Polly had been looking at online. We got out of our car to look at them when we were approached by a very friendly Toyota rep by the name of Nathan. He asked if we had been looking into the Highlander which we told him yes, He then began to ask us questions about what drew us to it along with what we wanted in our next vehicle. After Polly explained what she was looking for he showed her a Highlander that we had not yet seen. It was gorgeous on the outside and Nathan offered to show us all the ins and outs of it so he ran and grabbed the key to open it up for us. He went over all the amazing safety features Toyota now has along with easy to use convenience and performance features. We excitedly agreed to take it out on the road. Once we drove it we could feel the smooth ride and loved how quiet the cabin was. Polly was in love. Upon returning to the dealership we didn't have much time left before our doctor's appointment and I am not a person who readily buys on the spot even though I believe my wife's exact words were "THIS IS THE ONE!". Fast forward almost 2 months. I had done my research on the Highlander and every independent source pointed to the Highlander as being the top option. Now it was about me selling some stock in order to put down a substantial amount towards it and taking advantage of the 0%. Now I'm a doctor and don't have much time so to say this took a moment is an understatement. But through all this Nathan kept in touch with me, never pressured me and was always there ready to answer questions. Today we bought the Highlander my wife fell in love with months ago. We couldn't be happier with the level of service that not only Nathan provided but the entire dealership. This is a place I highly recommend and if you're in the process of looking for a new vehicle, do yourself a favor and go see Nathan!!! Jeff & Polly Diehl More

I went and test drove the 2019 Toyota Highlander and Nathan was extremely helpful with showing me how everything worked. This was my first experience purchasing a Toyota and it went extremely well. Nathan was honest, upfront, noninvasive and excited about his job. If you're reading reviews its likely because you're considering this dealership. I give Nathan my highest recommendations.
