Love my Camry "I came to Reliable Toyota because my Chevy had around 215k miles on it. I wanted to browse the new Camry because of the new redesign and the fact tha "I came to Reliable Toyota because my Chevy had around 215k miles on it. I wanted to browse the new Camry because of the new redesign and the fact that I have owned a Corolla and a Camry in the past and missed the reliability that Toyota offers. I wasn't looking to be sold so when I arrived on the dealership lot I was approached by a gentleman but I quickly told him that I wanted to take my time without being hassled or pressured. He handed me a business card and told me that if anyone else approached me to just say that I was working with him so I wouldn't be hassled and that if I had a question to raise my hand and he'd be out to assist or answer questions. As I browsed their current inventory I found the one that caught my eye and loved everything about it from the outside. I called over to the rep that had originally approached me as he was waiting patiently off in the distance. I asked him to unlock the car for me, so he ran and grabbed the key for me. He let us sit inside the vehicle without his presence which was super helpful because my husband and I were able to discuss what we liked about it without any outside influence. When we got out of the vehicle we noticed some differences between some of the Camry's and just as we were wondering what the main differences were the rep came over to see what questions we had. He was able to clearly explain the differences between the different Camry's then asked if we wanted to see how the Camry performed. We said yes. We piled in the Camry and the rep went over all the updated features, including all the new safety equipment Toyota has incorporated into the vehicle. The moment we began the drive I could tell how easy this vehicle handled. The seats were comfortable and we had plenty of room inside. After the test drive I received a phone call and had to leave the dealership suddenly, the rep did not make a big deal about it. He told me to go take care of my business and that he would be happy to assist me further when I could make it back in. When I arrived back at the dealership a couple hours later he even pulled up another Camry to compare to the one I drove. I decided on the original one I drove and we went inside to take care of the numbers. The rep was helpful the whole way through, explaining the discounts we were offered and going over the numbers without asking any "sales" questions. We felt like we were getting an excellent deal from the staff of Reliable Toyota so we decided to purchase our brand new Camry! I highly recommend this dealership and if you're in the market for a new vehicle, go with Toyota and go see our rep, his name is Nathan. He never made us feel like he was trying to get a "sale", he made us very comfortable and allowed us to buy the car we chose and wanted, thank you Nathan!" More
