There we met Victoria Stepp, who without doubt is the best car salesperson I have ever met in my 60+ years of car ownership. Victoria quickly grasped my physical(age) and financial situation and my concerns for performance, style of car I wanted and all the intricacies of matching a given model of car with the personalities of the buyer. She went straight to the Lexus I ended up buying. (Remember she worked the Toyota area, not Lexus, but had the knowledge and intuition to find the exact car I wanted.)
