good experience,,,,better than expected Had compared Honda CR V and the Rave 4. My decision was made for the Honda but Rex Lyons had done such a great job getting me the best available deal Had compared Honda CR V and the Rave 4. My decision was made for the Honda but Rex Lyons had done such a great job getting me the best available deal on the Rav 4 that I went by the dealership to tell him how much I appreciated the help but I was going to buy the Honda. Shortly after I mentioned to him that I thought that the Honda was for me, he brings this nice young gentleman into the waiting area and it starts from there. The young gentleman was showing me a Rav 4 that they had just received but it was more expensive than what I wanted to spend.....he was so determined to help me and sell me a toyota that we looked at all options. He was so helpful and considerate that it took my mind off the Honda. and I drove home today with a new white Rav 4. And that nice young gentleman was Jakob Brownlow. He treated me with respect and consideration which I very much appreciated. Rex has always done a great job for me and I appreciate that he did not want me to wait so he had Jakob help me. I have purchased cars from Reliable 2 or 3 times in the past but was not always pleased...however this group of sales dept. has changed my opinion of Reliable and appreciate how they treat their customers. I give Rex and Jakob a 10 plus on rating,,,, More

Used car sales The sales person was great, super friendly and knew everything about tundras BUT the used car back office screwed his sale by having a unsellable car The sales person was great, super friendly and knew everything about tundras BUT the used car back office screwed his sale by having a unsellable car on the lot. Yes they didn't have the title and waited to tell me till right before the signing of the financing. I couldn't take the truck I was purchasing home, told me the title release would be there the next day or two. After I backed out, they said it was a legal issue, seems like the back office couldn't get their story straight. Two weeks later, they called saying they had the title and could sell the truck. Too bad for them and lucky for me, I already bought a nicer Tundra for the same price. More
