We met Seth in the repair shop and he made the suggestion that we considered trading for a new one instead of fixing up the old one. He pointed out the remaining 2018 models on their lot had just had a fleet price reduction that wouldn't be seen again for a year. He suggested that we look up Jakob in sales and we said we'd think about it. Charlie, who had just finished servicing our 2014 Tundra, endorsed the same man and the same idea when he checked us out of the service department. Jakob was our next stop, and he was outstanding. When he and Anthony got through with us, we kissed our old truck goodbye and drove home in the new one. More
