At home, I had browsed cars on the dealer's website and that helped me narrow down by model, price, and color. Once at the dealership, I took two cars for tests drives, settled on one, and bought it. Bryce stayed after his scheduled off time to assist me, and then stayed until the deal was finished. Everyone at the dealership was great to deal with. I don't anticipate needing a new car for awhile, but I'd go back to Reliable Toyota if I did. More

When Cars.com alerted us to one in our price range at Reliable Toyota we reached out and were matched with Adam Stokes. From the first time we spoke until we signed papers on the van Adam went above and beyond to make our car buying experience enjoyable. He didn't haggle us over what we could afford, and made sure that we drove off the lot with the exact van we wanted. This was the best car buying experience ever. Hopefully when we are ready for another vehicle Adam will be available to help us. More
