Love my new 4runner I went to the dealership knowing I had to purchase a car. I dealt with Matt and he was great. I had no idea which car I wanted so I test drove a few. He was never impatient and was happy to show me each car and explain them thoroughly to me. I ended up buying the 4Runner I loved! I probably would have never pulled the trigger on this car if it wasn't for Matt being so patient and knowledgeable in the whole transaction. More

After talking with many dealerships, I contacted Jakob Brownlow at Reliable Toyota in Springfield, Missouri on a Monday. Jakob was very courteous, very professional, and knowledgeable. Within a short time, he located a vehicle at another dealership that matched my specifications and sent me a spec sheet for review. He stayed over to receive my deposit and secure that particular vehicle. Two days later, he called and told me my vehicle was ready for pick up. Mike Casey, sales manager, assisted Jakob with a smooth transaction. Tom Gray, financial sales advisor, completed paperwork for my Toyota Loyalty rebate. The team at Reliable Toyota went above and beyond what I had received from other dealerships. Reliable Toyota demonstrated the highest level of integrity and made this experience pleasurable. I recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Toyota and will return there for my future automobile needs. More

Very Happy When I went onto the lot I knew what I wanted. I wanted the '02 Wrangler 4Wheel drive that I saw on the website. I was greeted with a solid handshake by a man that also knew what he wanted. Adam Stokes wanted to help me out. He answered my questions and stayed focused on my goal. Adam stuck with me through the whole process and was right there to hand me the keys when the paperwork was all done. I'm very happy with the deal I got and the man I got it from. I definitely recommend this lot and Adam in particular. More

Because after completing all the paperwork on the internet (saving time LOL) had the dealer play the switch salesman routine and the guy they sent us to Augstan was not very helpful after hours of test drive and more paperwork we ended up leaving a 50K truck deal because they were unwilling to give 2K, Funny thing was the Finance manger never was in the picture and was not real happy when he found out the next day. Bottom line is make sure you speak to people able to make adult decisions and the pre-filling stuff on line isn't worth your time. More
