I appreciate being shown all vehicles, even older lower priced vehicles with no judgement or pressure to choose a more expensive one. Thanks to all of them for being so professional. I had to bring my other Toyota to the service center to get the maintenance light corrected and they took care of it without an appointment right there at the time I pulled the car in the area. My recent experience with salesman Jeremy Nelson was particularly helpful. He let me take the lead and ask all the questions I had and he answered each with patience and friendliness. He showed me things I hadn't known about and helped me get everything set up after I bought the car. Even after several months, he helped me again, when I had further questions. I also want to mention this company's service area. When I have had occasion to take my Prius in for scheduled service, it has always been done well. They even go so far as to fill my tires with nitrogen and check everything before I leave for a long trip - all without charge. I once heard, "It's the service after the sale that matters." If that's the case, this company has it all together. More
