We added our 2nd 2017 Toyota Prius last week for my daughter and it couldn't have been more simple a process. Huge thumbs up to Randy and Kyle. I would love to see them improve the service waiting room however. Its hot, humid, uncomfortable, and wifi speeds are terrible. Compare it to Jay Wolfe in north KC and its almost comical the difference in refreshments, comfort, ect. It was even hotter and more humid in the parts department. I'm not sure how the service and parts folks remain so pleasant and helpful having to put up with that on a daily basis. Toyota also needs to get the accessories team to get mud flaps available for the 2017 Prius. Ridiculous. More
