I had been looking for a Camry for quite some time, as my wife and I had always been satisfied with Toyotas and had owned quite a few Camrys over the years. In the process of shopping around I had the unplea wife and I had always been satisfied with Toyotas and had owned quite a few Camrys over the years. In the process of shopping around I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with some less than friendly salespeople who acted as though my inquiries were a bother to them and not worth their time. I am writing now because I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and because Rebel was so very helpful and friendly. She replied to my numerous emails and answered the same questions in a very helpful and friendly manner that I had asked other salesmen in the area, though in those instances I was met with short, curt replies. My wife even noted that she could hear Rebel's smile over the phone, a quality I find to be lacking in most customer care people. Though I was unable to purchase a car from your business, Rebel's kindness will be in my mind the next time we or any of my friends need a car.
