Then I took it back this week for a few minor things and an item that they supposedly fixed the last time, and they wanted to charge me $600.00. I had some general items, change the oil the wiper blade and the headlight. I walked out there spending $400.00, which included replacing rear breaks. They wanted $1700 for more stuff they constantly tell you that all kinds of things are wrong with your car. I dont feel comfortable taking my vehicle there because you don’t know what otems really need fixing and what items are a sales job to break your bank More

C'mon man I've been going to the dealership for mostly all my needs, unfortunately for me. They always take incredibly too long. Hour long oil changes, etc. The I've been going to the dealership for mostly all my needs, unfortunately for me. They always take incredibly too long. Hour long oil changes, etc. They are always courteous but who cares, get my stuff done. So I just took my car in, I made an appt. At 9am to get my rotors and brakes replaced, they had the high pitch squeal indicating change it, and I knew I needed new rotors, and also 4 new tires. They said they were available from 2-4, I made my appt. for 2 and dropped it off at 1:20. They gave me a courtesy car. After 4 hours they called to tell me that yes my rotors and brakes need to be replaced, um, I told you I needed new ones and asked you to replace them, thanks for putting on my new tires, sweet, whatever. I dropped it off to get fixed, not to tell me after 4 hours it needs to be fixed. I'm super busy and don't have time to play games like that. So I guess I'll do them myself now. I'm never going back again unless it's for a recall, and I'll dread doing that because their service has always been unimaginably slow. More
