This was a routine service call. I received notification of a software update for the CVT on my HR-V, plus I needed an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. There were no surprises. They were even ab of a software update for the CVT on my HR-V, plus I needed an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. There were no surprises. They were even able to accommodate me on the "Last day of the Month" for my inspection. Service was completed ahead of the estimated time. I have always found Rensselaer's Service to be excellent.
