Everything was great. The only thing I would ask is for your sales team and financial advisors to take their time saying and writing what they mean. As always, the service department took my car in immediately. This was my annual NYS inspection and oil change. I also asked them to let me know if there was other maintenance that they recommend. They checked my CRV thoroughly and had a couple recommendations for additional maintenance. They spoke with me directly and made their suggestions and explained why it should probably be done. There was no pressure to have this work done...only reasons why they made the recommendation. I've worked with them for years so I trust their advice and approved of all their recommendations. I am always satisfied with their work quality and trust them completely, I also spoke with Matt about possibly trading my CRV in for a new one. There was no pressure to buy. All my questions were answered and the new vehicles are terrific. If/when I do decided to trade in my CRV, I know I will be back. More
