About 6 pr 7 years ago, we visited Rensselear Honda and had a bad purchasing experience so we were very hesitant to return. Then he had the patience of Job as he watched my wife and I struggle over the color. He simply said, "Take your time, look at them all again, you will know your choice." When he delivered the car he took the time to go over every detail of the CR-Vs very cool dash board controls and blue tooth capability. He even set up our radio stations and synced our phone. This is the 7th Honda we purchased at Rensselaer Honda. We drive an hour to get to this dealership because of their professional, friendly and personal style of doing business. Looking back, this experience rates as one of the best. We will encourage friends and family to talk with Jeremy before they buy elsewhere. More
