The lack of communication, lack of customer service and weak management of expectations between Ressler and GM is absolutely unbelievable. This vehicle was out of service for over 6 months, they couldn’t f weak management of expectations between Ressler and GM is absolutely unbelievable. This vehicle was out of service for over 6 months, they couldn’t find the problem, then said it needed new engine and then miraculously was ready to go in a couple of days. Was a brand new truck and in its first year has been out of service for 6 months…not sure I want this truck knowing that it clearly has deep issues that we will likely be dealing with moving forward…I’m not sure if it is lack of trained mechanics, too many vehicles to service or what but I’m hoping they can figure it out…. Overall it was a good experience. My initial estimate was for a one hour diagnostic for my adaptive cruise that ended up needing three additional hours to diagnose. No parts were needed only calibration.Therefore the cost for that service was really high. They found several other issues that needed repair and I approved those also. I’m a bit jaded though because the person that answers the phone doesn’t always give you the same information as you get when you arrive for service. Ressler had my vehicle for 2 weeks. The duration was not really the problem, but the lack of communication about it was. I would call at least 2 a day to try and get information. If I would have gotten realistic expectations of the durations, regular updates, or better communication with the rep, it would have been much better. More
