I drove away from Ressler with smoke rolling out of my engine bay. After a simple oil change my new truck was left with oil all over everything. You sent a guy out to my house to clean it up, but all he d engine bay. After a simple oil change my new truck was left with oil all over everything. You sent a guy out to my house to clean it up, but all he did was scrub the valve cover and clean up the oil filter, which has oil blowing out from the gasket. He told me, "That always happens. It's normal." I've changed a lot of oil on a lot of trucks. It's never "normal" for oil to leak out of the filter gasket when the engine pressures up. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told the quick lube team doesn't have a manager. What's going on over there?? Who's in charge? More

Over the past month, I’ve had a great experience with the Ressler Team! I purchased a truck and Anika was the sales person. She was knowledgeable, listened to me about what I wanted and was low key. I purchased the vehicle late in the day and although her shift ended, she rearranged her schedule so she could be there through the entire transaction process. I also had a clear bra applied to the truck and with John’s attention to detail, the end result turned out great. Unfortunately within two weeks of purchasing the truck, I hit a deer and scheduled the repair through Ressler’s collision department. Austin was thorough with the estimate and explained the repair process in detail. And during this time, my mother in-law decided she wanted to sell her vehicle. Because I had such a positive experience, I contacted Ressler. My mother in-law made an appointment with JT and the result was another great outcome. More

Had corvette for 3 weeks before finding out that problem was just what I told them when I brought it in. Before going to dealership, I had spent over 350 on detailing, but when I got it back, I had to vacuu was just what I told them when I brought it in.
