Thank you for your feedback. We truly understand your frustration, and we apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced. I’d like to clarify the situation: Your vehicle was dropped off for service on 3/18, diagnosed, and parts were ordered immediately. We arranged for an Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 3/20 to make sure you had a vehicle while yours was being repaired. The parts arrived on 3/21, and we are on track to complete the repairs by the end of the day on Wednesday, 3/26. I want to emphasize that the repairs, as well as the rental, are 100% covered by warranty. We recognize how important your truck is to you and did everything we could to make this process as smooth as possible, given the circumstances. We regret the delays, but please know that we did not take them lightly. Your feedback is important to us, and we will continue to work hard to ensure your satisfaction. As of the end of business hours on 3/26, I have yet to have a text, email, or phone call (or any other contact) from the service department. It's also worth noting that the arrangement with Enterprise Rent a Car entailed ONLY the minimum $45/day cost to rent a small sedan, NOT a full size pickup. And it only covered 85% of the cost of a rental of the small sedan, not even the full cost. (Note: After a desperation request, Enterprise agreed to give me a full size pickup replacement at the $45/day provided by the dealer). I eagerly await contact from the service department on this particular issue, but obviously, it has not happened as of midnight on 3/26.
