Ressler has the worst customer service I have ever experienced at any dealership. These people have no integrity whatsoever, take your business elsewhere! My family has purchased three vehicl experienced at any dealership. These people have no integrity whatsoever, take your business elsewhere! My family has purchased three vehicles over the years from Ressler, but we will avoid giving them any business in the future. I will do my best to avoid them with the fleet of work trucks that I help to manage for work as well! Our most recent experience was with a used Chevy Tahoe that my wife purchased from Ressler. The water pump failed and the engine overheated. I had AAA tow us to Ressler late at night, expecting that they would fix the car free of charge, no questions asked. Instead, they charged my wife $200 to tell her it needed a water pump, and even charged her $15 for shop supplies. What nonsense is that? These people have no integrity whatsoever. We had AAA tow it to a private party to make the repairs and they charged us half the cost that Ressler quoted. What a discrace, not standing behind the vehicles they are selling, and giving Chevy a bad name! These people should be ashamed. Take your business anywhere else! It will be worth your time and effort to get out of the Gallatin Valley for a Chevy product or service. Boo Ressler! More
I drove away from Ressler with smoke rolling out of my engine bay. After a simple oil change my new truck was left with oil all over everything. You sent a guy out to my house to clean it up, but all he d engine bay. After a simple oil change my new truck was left with oil all over everything. You sent a guy out to my house to clean it up, but all he did was scrub the valve cover and clean up the oil filter, which has oil blowing out from the gasket. He told me, "That always happens. It's normal." I've changed a lot of oil on a lot of trucks. It's never "normal" for oil to leak out of the filter gasket when the engine pressures up. When I asked to talk to a supervisor I was told the quick lube team doesn't have a manager. What's going on over there?? Who's in charge? More
