The sales folks were very responsive which was great. I’d spent months truck shopping which made the responsiveness even better. Nobody likes walking into a dealership and feeling like they have to make a decision that day. Now of course I made the decision to buy my truck on my own accord, but for people who maybe aren’t as bullheaded as me or truly ready to buy a vehicle the pushiness and sense of urgency aren’t going to be good for you. My problem was not solved. I made the appointment weeks ago and told the person who scheduled what the problem is so I expecting someone who knew what they were doing to be the I made the appointment weeks ago and told the person who scheduled what the problem is so I expecting someone who knew what they were doing to be there. They just told me nothing is wrong even though I showed 2 different employees what the problem is and they acknowledged that yes, that was not working right. Then I asked how this issue could be fixed and they just did not even answer- told me I could leave it there for an unknown amount of time even though I had already been there for 3 hours. I hope someone actually reads this and I get a response. Now I have to take it back next week and leave it there for who knows how long when they don’t even know what they are doing anyway.
