Today we are the proud owners of a Kia Optima but only thanks to George Routsos. My husband and I set out two weeks ago to purchase a Kia Optima. Two weeks ago we had gone to a Kia dealer, which I will thanks to George Routsos. My husband and I set out two weeks ago to purchase a Kia Optima. Two weeks ago we had gone to a Kia dealer, which I will not name,and it turned out to be a nightmare. From the time we walked through the front door we were lied to, humiliated and disgusted by the way were were treated. The salesman sold us a car, took our deposit, shook our hands and told us we could pick up our car the next day. When we returned the next day not only was our car not there the salesman had the day off. Noone in the dealership knew anything about our purchase and proceeded to tell us we could not get our deposit back for several days. Needless to say we left there with a very sour feeling for this Kia dealership. We decided to try again to look for a new vehicle. After several different dealerships we still had our heart set on an Optima. We decided to give Kia one more try and this time we went to Revolution Kia in Lindenhurst. From the moment we parked our car we were greeted in the parking lot by a gentlemen with a friendly smile and a nice hello. My husband and I went inside and moments later that same gentlement introduced himself as George Routsos. George was friendly, polite, compassionate to our experience with the other Kia dealership and assured us that our experience with him would be honest, sincere and trustworthy. George was courteous, profesional, and knowledgeable. He assured us that he would do everything in his power to help find us the car that we wanted but insisted that we not rush into anything because he did not want to pressure us into buying a car and not be satisfied with it. We felt comfortable and relaxed but most importantly we felt we could trust George. It was a great night because we found a car that we loved and left a deposit way after closing time. When I realized the time and said OMG it is past closing time George reassured me that he was in no rush to leave that he was there to serve us and time didn't matter. He just wanted us to be satisfied. The next day our paperwork was processed and we drove home a beautiful new OPTIMA thanks to George. I will definetely recommend all of my family and friends to visit George before they purchase a vehicle anywhere else. Thank you George for being a Gentlemen of your word! More

On March 17th the luck of the Irish must have been on my side. I set out to look at the possibilty of purchasing a new car. My husband and I were anxious prior to going because of all the nagging questions and pressure you receive from th sales people when you enter the dealership. Not so with Revolution kia. Our nerves were calmed the minute we walked and were greeted by George. From the intial hello, he sat us down and asked what we were looking for. He LISTENED first and then showed me what I had just said I was intersted in. During our converstion (which was like catching up with an old friend), he asked if I'd be interested in looking at a brand new model as opposed to the pre-owned I was looking for. It was love at first sight when I went by the 2012 Kia Soul. He then asked if I had ever test driven one. When he handed me the keys it was like when my father allowed me to drive his car for the first time. I got behind the wheel and before I took it for a drive, George insisted that I get comfortable with the vehicle- all features were pointed out to me and controls were explained. The test drive was what sealed the deal for me. I loved everything about it- quiet, smooth, great pickup and all the features to boot. My purchase would not have been made had I not met George who was so reassuring and accomodating that he made each and every transaction/decision an easy one. The one thing that sticks out to me the most is George always saying "You deserve this. I'm glad I could help you get it" If your thinking of a new car (or used car) Revolution Kia is highly recommended. As George would say - you deserve it and we are glad to help you get it. Thank you. I had a decent car, but it needed upkeep that I couldn't afford to keep paying (it was a 2000 Cadillac). I decided I wanted a new car, and after looking online at the different styles, I settled on choosing between the (Hyundai) Elantra, and the (Chevy) Cruze. After discussing the Elantra with a dealer, I didn't feel too comfortable with them - the car was wonderful, but I'm not going to buy a car from someone I'm not comfortable dealing with. The next evening, my dad and I were driving around trying out different dealerships. I Googled a list of Kia dealerships, and the first one on the list was Revolution Kia, in Lindenhurst. I had not really considered a Kia before, but figured it was worth a shot. After spending three hours with George Roustos, test driving a Forte, I decided that Revolution Kia was now a top contender in my decision. The next morning I did some research online with my dad, about the Hyundai dealership I had visited the day before, as well as the Kia dealership. The reviews for the Hyundai dealership were absolutely terrible & made me decide that I absolutely would not buy from there. I quickly searched other Hyundai dealerships, because I really enjoyed the car itself. I could not find a dealership with reviews good enough that I felt comfortable enough with to actually go and talk to someone. My father and I went back to the Hyundai dealership to cancel the deal we had started working out, and get our deposit back. The salesman's behavior after we decided to cancel the deal was absolutely childish -- he refused to shake my father's hand as we left his desk. Absolutely ridiculous. That was when my dad and I went back to Revolution Kia - I didn't even want to bother with the Chevy Cruze again; it didn't have quite the same things I was looking for in a car, even though I enjoyed driving it. Now, George Roustos had texted me earlier in the day (after I had given him permission the night before), saying it was great to meet me and to feel free to text him if I had any questions. I found it amazing that he gives all of his customers his cell phone number. From the moment we started speaking, I felt comfortable with him. After I looked at the Forte again, without taking it for a second drive, I decided I wanted to try driving the Rio, which is a little bit smaller and fit better in my price range. George never once pressured me, and even told me to make sure I had checked out all of my options and did my research on all the dalerships I was considering buying from. I'm glad that I did. I decided on the Kia Rio, in a silver color, with just a simple power package. Yes, the fewer luxuries I became accustomed to in the Cadillac are a little bit of a downer, BUT George and Ray both worked so hard to get me a FANTASTIC price that I had absolutely NO problems with the downgrade from the Cadillac. The Rio is better on gas mileage, has a smaller tank so it won't cost too much to fill up at the gas station, is brand new & covered under warranty, and isn't too small that my 6' fiancee can still fit in the front & back seats. If you are looking for a GREAT deal, with GREAT sales representatives and people who will work to get YOU the BEST possible deal, you should absolutely check out Revolution Kia - EVEN if you think that you won't like the cars. I loved the people there and the general atmosphere so much, I wish I could apply for a job there! More

Om march 10th I set out to check out cars to lease. I was going to 3 dealers Kia, Toyota, and Hyundai. Kia was closest to my house so I went there first. He went over each feature of the car and right away I felt very comfortable in it.George was never pushy but sinceley wanted to find the best car for me. Needless to say I never even went to Toyota or Hyundai I leased the Kia on the spot. I was introduced to Liz Doyle who gave me some pointers when I came for service. Ray worked up my lease and explained everything. It was such a pleasure to work with such helpful and friendly people. I not only walked away with a new Kia but with George as a new friend. The only thing you need to know about Revolution Kia is MY salesman, GEORGE ROUTSOS! He is superb! He was HONEST, friendly, respectful and did not pressure me at all to make a sale! Before I shopped I did my research on Revolution and found it had a low 1 rating on DealerRater.com, I told George of this poor rating, and my concerns, and HE has SINGLE HANDEDLY raised Revolution's rating to a 3.7 in a matter of just 2 weeks!! He also let his new manager know of their BBB rating and they are working to improve there also. I'M confident that as long as George Routsos is with Revolution Kia they will soon be a 5 star rated dealership! I've never had a more enjoyable experience buying a new car than I did with George, he felt like family, so much so that I even gave him a kiss on the cheek goodbye upon delivery of my new Rio...a loaded electric blue Rio HE searched over a week for and finally located in PA!! I have never experienced the level of customer service George gave me, he even gave me his personal cell number (which he does for ALL his customers!) If the OWNERS of Revolution Kia are smart they would look to this website to see the massive improvement in their rating and recognize George Routsos as the reason. His passion for his work and his customers should be the standard by which Revolution and Medford Kia operate....then there would be no reason to buy a car anywhere else! More
