After purchasing 4 cars from Rydell. I was satisfied. Until finding out my last certified purchase was in a previous accident. I went back to the dealer and they refused to acknowledge it. I pulled my loyalty by going to a different service provider. What does Rydell do? They report me to Carfax for nonservice. My car is serviced and don't trust certified cars from Rydel.
