I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I have been waiting for my plates for 3 months which is unacceptable but what is worse is that they have not sent me my plates from my trade in and I have b been waiting for my plates for 3 months which is unacceptable but what is worse is that they have not sent me my plates from my trade in and I have been threatened by the state for not having turned in the plates as the insurance company has reported that my trade in has no insurance. This was by far the worse experience I’ve had purchasing a car from a dealership! All of them are rude and unprofessional. They took too long registering my car and the temp registration they issued has exp a car from a dealership! All of them are rude and unprofessional. They took too long registering my car and the temp registration they issued has expired before my registration was completed and the dealership will not be compensating me or giving me a rental to use until I have the registration from their end. They said “they can’t control the DMV” and suggested I just drive around with an expired registration and risk getting a ticket or worse arrested. They have all talked down to me since I am a women and have not provided what they’ve promised. Not to mention, 3 days after having the car my key FOB battery died. The dealership promised to give me a new FOB. It had been 3 1/2 weeks and I have yet to receive the replacement. More
