Not the usual service I am used to I made an appointment for 8:30 am and had my car there on time. I was told it would take most of the day, and to expect a call when it was ready. I finally called at 4:45, and got a call back at 5 saying they hadn't gotten to my car and it wouldn't be ready until the next day, I have two areas of frustration - 1) why make an appointment if my car wasn't going to be worked on and 2) why didn't I receive a call earlier in the day explaining the delay. It seemed to me as though I only got a call back because I called. I live 45 minutes from the dealership, so I do have to make arrangements in my family to get there. If I had known my car wouldn't be ready, I would have planned my day differently. This is not the customer service I am used to, and I was extremely disappointed. More

The sales person was very personable and welcoming, and went the extra mile to be sure I had all the information and comparisons I needed. She had actually worked for a dealer of another kind of car I was considering and told me the cons about the Prius. I tried it out, and she was right on: VERY NOISY. No pressure, just information. She also drove to another Ford Dealership to pick up a cheaper Focus for me to look at in 5 O'clock traffic and had it back within an hour. Then she came in ON HER DAY OFF to help us finalize our deal. Wow. Knowledgeable and professional. I felt like I made a new friend as well as got a new car! The manager bent over backwards helping us find the right finance option and was also so open, professional and personable that we WANTED to buy the car from him. His knowledge and experience was invaluable to us. In short, we actually TRUSTED him. Trust is hard to earn in a few hours. PLUS....the last car deal we diid took over 4 hours at the dealership to do all paperwork. These guys had it down pat, and we were only there a few hours. They worked as a team to get our deal done.
