We truly appreciated the professional and terrific service we received from Dorian Terry, our Service Advisor, and the rest of the service crew. They did everything possible to ensure our experience service we received from Dorian Terry, our Service Advisor, and the rest of the service crew. We arrived on Saturday, July 2, I thought with it being a holiday weekend we might suffer a little because of a shortage of employees. That did not happen. When it appeared our car couldn't be completed on Saturday, we were given a courtesy car so that we could make an important social event at our church. Again, the professional and courteous treatment we received is an example of how Reynolds holds its employees in esteem. They take great pride in doing their jobs excellently. I wanted to buy a truck as efficiently as possible, so I thought I would do so over the internet. I wrote emails to several dealers and Rudy Knobloch was the first to respond--just a few minutes after I wr thought I would do so over the internet. I responded with a few more questions and Rudy again responded in just a few minutes. I was impressed. The next day we worked out the deal on the phone and I never felt any pressure and never got the feeling that I wasn't being told the truth. It was the best vehicle buying experience I ever had. After we made the deal, I met Rudy to sign the papers and that was also a very enjoyable experience. At one point, Rudy asked whether I didn't want to actually see the vehicle--which I hadn't even thought about at that point. I was so sure that Rudy was dealing truthfully with me that it never occurred to me that I should check out the vehcle to make sure I was getting what I expected. Of course, it was just as described.
