We were very specific about the model, paint, interior and options we wanted on our new Lacrosse. This was my second purchase from Rudy at Reynolds Buick. I had such a good experience with him when I first purchased my 2008 Buick Enclave that when I decided to get a new 2010 I would only buy it from Rud I had such a good experience with him when I first purchased my 2008 Buick Enclave that when I decided to get a new 2010 I would only buy it from Rudy. The process was fast, easy and very enjoyable the first time. The second time, was slightly more difficult but to no fault of Rudy's or Reynolds Buick. I was very specific in the car that I wanted, and we were having trouble obtaining it. We did find it at Thorson and when we tried to get Thorson to trade the car back to Reynolds, (It was Reynolds in the first place) they wouldn't do it. AT that point I asked Rudy to just order one for me and I would wait as I was adimant about buying the car from Rudy and Reynolds Buick and quite frankly at that point was very disturbed with Thorson for not being truthful with me when I went in to see and to not be cooperative, (they told me they had a deal with someone and low and behold a week later it was still there). Regardless, I am in sales and believe very much that when someone works hard to satisfy their client and make it as easy as possible on the consumer that they deserve loyalty from the client. I was willing to wait the several weeks to get the car so Rudy could sell me the car. He was very patient with us and worked very hard to get exactly what we wanted, he even told me to buy the car from Thorson as he wasn't able to get it but I refused. I would buy another car from Rudy and have mentioned to many people when they admire my car that I would highly recommend it and to go see Rudy. More
