I called Reynolds GMC to ask if they could look at my 2008 GMC Sierra because a squeaking noise was coming from the engine compartment. I spoke to Dorian and he said to bring it in and they could look a 2008 GMC Sierra because a squeaking noise was coming from the engine compartment. Dorian and the mechanics at Reynolds located the problem, gave me a rental car and fixed the engine under warranty. I was happy to get my truck back in perfect condition and I am completely happy with the service at Reynolds GMC. I would refer anyone and everyone to Reynolds GMC for purchase or service. We truly appreciated the professional and terrific service we received from Dorian Terry, our Service Advisor, and the rest of the service crew. We arrived on Saturday, July 2, I thought with it being a holiday weekend we might suffer a little because of a shortage of employees. That did not happen. When it appeared our car couldn't be completed on Saturday, we were given a courtesy car so that we could make an important social event at our church. Again, the professional and courteous treatment we received is an example of how Reynolds holds its employees in esteem. They take great pride in doing their jobs excellently.
