Service for 7th time First and foremost jeep makes a crappy product which caused 5 service calls due to poor workmanship and 1 recall. Service manager scheduled an appointment to replace the faulty window,(for the 5th time) so my wife takes off work and is there by 11:30, 3 hours later they put it on a rack and change the oil. After changing the oil they tell her that they were just too busy that they couldn't get to it that day and to bring it back the following Monday........Seriously!. Please don't waste your time Chrysler makes horrible products and the dealership is incapable of honoring their service calls and cares very little for the customer once they sign the papers and leave the lot with their vehicle! More
