With a quick pop of the hood they noticed right off the bat there I have a few Dry rotted hoses (jeep has 180000+ miles). We could not fabricate a hose on site, however the parts department made a few quick phone calls to see who had what in stock. We had the part on site in about 20 min. The next issue was that the service department was SLAMMED. I am fairly mechanically inclined so I started to replace the hoses my self in the lot. I had one portion that I simply could not reach Due to the tight area. That same tech from earlier happened by again, and was able to reach into the tight area and had it on in just a minuet. More

When I got there, I told them my check engine light was on. They took me to work around 8:00 am. The driver told me shuttle service ended around 3pm and to call when I needed to be picked up. I called back around 12:30, and they said my car was not ready. I called again around 2:00 for shuttle service to pick me up. They said my car was still not ready. While I was waiting for the shuttle, they called me back at about 2:30 and told me the cost of the oil leak, the battery, the EKG valve (check engine light problem), the oil change, and the recommended tune-up would be about $1400. I asked how long it would take to fix the oil leak. She said 3 hours. I declined service because I had been waiting for about 7 hours They could have told me the cost much earlier. My car was not ready until after 3:00. Then, my car would not start after they gave it back. I had to get a jump. They charged me 109.20 for the diagnosis for the check engine light. I have had that done for free at Advanced Auto. I talked to Gary Dull. He offered to help if I brought my car back to them. He did not specify how he would help. He was very polite and listened. One phone call earlier in the day, and they could have had $1400. I could have rearranged my schedule. It would have been nice if they would have given a courtesy call to give a time frame or to say they were running behind. I was expecting to have something fixed on my car that day considering I had made an appointment. More

Then he gave us the wrong warranty information over and over.....gets worse.....Then he gave us wrong interest rate and payment. He was actually financing us for an extra year, but telling us we were financing for less. Oh....and the big posted sale price in the window...not true....all of a sudden, with no disclaimer on tag....the price jumps up because we don't qualify for a loyal rebate and another rebate they didn't offer. We discovered this by doing our math and checking with another dealer. It is ashame because we were ready to buy ....loved the truck and wanted to deal with a family run business. Oh well.... More
