It could not have been easier. I started my purchase journey at another dealer. It was a very large dealer in Nashville and was supposed to be the biggest. After i submitted my application online, she passed my information to Chad and everything was handled with care and professionalism. I made an appointment for 6PM at the dealership and everything was ready to go when I got there. Chad had my Jeep fueled and washed and it looked amazing!! We were able to go home and sleep on the decision without any pressure. Diana, Wayne, Willie, Scott and the staff were super amazing. We called to let them know our decision and they had the van waiting when we came to pick it up. All the paperwork was in order and Willie walked us through all the special features on the van. He even helped us connect our phones to the vans wireless system so we could answer with the steering wheel features. We got an amazing deal also. More
