I have had the pleasure of having one of the best auto buying experiences that I have ever had in my entire life. Immediately, I knew that I was in the right place for a great car buying experience. My questions were answered and I was treated with utmost respect. This is my fifth car-buying experience and because of the wonderful experience I had at the Ricart Ford Dealership, I am a Ricart "lifer" as far as my auto buying goes. I will never go anywhere else. The customer service post sale was awesome. They want to make sure that your car is well-maintained down to a science. I am getting 120 days of maintenance and free car-washes. Try to buy a Ford Escape in my home town but none of the dealers would help us get one so we decideded to visit Ricart Ford in Groveport, Ohio because it's a bigger dealer ship.
