Awesome experience all around! I was very apprehensive about going to look for a new car. I honestly do not like the entire process and it makes me very anxious. However, Austin Whi I was very apprehensive about going to look for a new car. I honestly do not like the entire process and it makes me very anxious. However, Austin Whitaker, Zach Bowens and Dan Atherton made it pleasant and enjoyable. All three were very easy to work with and nice. My husband and I actually enjoyed talking to all three of them as they are very personable and it's obvious they care about their customers. My dad is looking for a new Ford truck and he will more than likely be coming to Columbus this weekend to purchase one. I really hope he gets to work with the same people we did. More

I walk into Ricart, thinking I was going to purchase a used Acura or a Mazda to replace my son's vehicle, never considered a Ford. Needless to say, after browsing several vehicles, .my sales representative, Jay Morelli is very sweet young men, he knew what I wanted before I knew what I wanted. Jay was understanding and listen to what I was looking for and the price range I desired. He convience me to lease the Ford Escape with the help from his GM, Jim Moshier. August 2017 Ford Escape purchase Today at Ricart Ford, my husband and I took our 2009 Ford Edge and traded it in for a 2017 Ford Escape. We could not have had a better experience! J Today at Ricart Ford, my husband and I took our 2009 Ford Edge and traded it in for a 2017 Ford Escape. We could not have had a better experience! Jake (Moore) was so helpful, and great with our impatient toddler throughout the entire experience! We took a look at the Escape and loved it! We took it for a test drive while our old vehicle was being appraised. What I really loved about this experience is how multiple steps happened at the same time so that we could get in and out!! Zach Bowens with financing was so nice, and answered all of our questions!! We brought up concerns about GAP insurance, as we have had a bad experience with them in the past, and Zach gave us his card and told us to call him with any issues regarding that! We left wth a brand new Escape, and Ricart gained customers for life! More
