Best car buying (and service) experiences! I just bought a new Ford F-150 at Ricart. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Ricart, and I seriously wouldn't consider going anyplace else I just bought a new Ford F-150 at Ricart. This is the third vehicle I've purchased from Ricart, and I seriously wouldn't consider going anyplace else to buy or service a vehicle. With this truck, I worked primarily with Shane Gillespie. He was so professional and friendly! He answered every question I had, and did a wonderful job explaining all of the features on the vehicle. He didn't make me feel rushed, and he was just so personable - it was like talking to a friend! He ensured I got the best deal possible too. I especially liked being able to start the process using the AutoFi capability through the Ricart website too. Based on the reviews of Ford trucks, I'm guessing I'll have this F-150 for many, many years...but when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle in the future, there's not a single doubt in my mind that I'll be returning to Ricart. Keep up the fantastic work! More
