Not the old dealership Chad and all the employees were very helpful and understood what I expected from them. I have tried to purchase vehicles for over 25 years from Ricart Chad and all the employees were very helpful and understood what I expected from them. I have tried to purchase vehicles for over 25 years from Ricart with nothing but games and crappy sales people. That has apparently changed. I was very pleased with how I was treated and was finally able to purchase a new F350. They made me such a deal I couldn't pass it up even though I hadn't planned on buy a truck until later in the year. Chad will work with you. I can't speak for any other sale people. I was very pleased and will be back in to purchase more trucks for my business. More

Awesome I went from paying 18.5 % intrest to 1.9 because i never thought i would get approved with no credit so thats why i went to a buy here pay here place. Great Customer Service I really appreciate my salesman, Zach Kidwell. He introduced me to my new car - a new Ford C-Max Energi - and did a great job explaining all the bell I really appreciate my salesman, Zach Kidwell. He introduced me to my new car - a new Ford C-Max Energi - and did a great job explaining all the bells and whistles. I felt I was in good hands also with the Sales Manager, Chad Yochens, and the final paperwork went smoothly with Jason Brigner. I had a bumper protector installed, which needed special followup attention, all expertly handled by Asia Barham. Kudos to everyone! More

The best experience we have ever had at a dealership We bought a Jeep Patriot from Tim Park. It was a Friday night. We test drove, financed and completed the purchase in under 2 hours. They gave us a great deal on the car and financing. The next day we found a minor problem with the dome light. I would like to add, I didn't have to call them. Tim Park called US the next day to make sure everything was ok! Service center fixed it quickly. Every person we encountered was so helpful and awesome. Easiest car sale I've ever had! I actually bought my car online and was approved in less than 5 minutes. Mike texted me and asked me what time I could come in and get my new car. I t I actually bought my car online and was approved in less than 5 minutes. Mike texted me and asked me what time I could come in and get my new car. I told him if he could get the payment to my budgeted rate we had a deal and he told me it would not be a problem. I went in that day and as promised, I received the payment I asked for and it only took about 2 hours to wrap it all up. Everyone I spoke with, from the receptionist to finance were so nice to me and I felt like I was the only customer. Mike was fantastic and very personable and made sure I knew all the important things about my new car before I left. Ted in financing was very nice and made sure all my questions were answered. Josh sat down and talked to me while waiting for my appraisal of my trade in was being done. He talked about his family and kids. This was a great experience for me, especially being a woman and I love my new car! Thank you to everyone! More
