Maybe the best truck buying experience we have had. This was my first time coming to Ricart to buy a vehicle. My wife and I needed a more powerful truck to pull our camper and I had looked around and c This was my first time coming to Ricart to buy a vehicle. My wife and I needed a more powerful truck to pull our camper and I had looked around and could not find what we wanted. I knew Ricart had a large selection so we stopped in to look. As soon as we got to the lot (used car) we were greeted by Kurt. I knew what kind of truck features ( engine size, axle ratio and tow package) I needed. Kurt, being a new employee handed us off to a supervisor Steve. Steve knew trucks inside and out. He knew what I needed and we found the truck on the lot that would tow the camper. Steve was very personable and he made the buying experience fun. We didn't feel pressured into buying more than we needed and the whole experience was pretty quick after we decided on which truck to buy. The truck we selected did not have floor mats or an owners manual. Steve found both and had them ready before we drove it home. The windshield on the truck had a defect in it and Steve advised he would have a new windshield installed. The service department has all ready called and told me they have ordered the new windshield and will install it when it arrives. Probably the most important part of the deal was when we got home we looked at the Ricart internet site and it showed the truck listed at a lower price that had not been updated on the sticker. I went back the next day with the lower price and they agreed to write up new paper work and they sold me the truck at the lower price. Ricart, I believe was very fair and the whole buy experience was very pleasant. More

Great to deal with I had went to 3 other dealers closer to my house, but none wanted to make a deal. I saw an ad on TV, so I looked a truck on their internet site. It such a good deal I did even try to talk them down. I have never down that in over 40 years! I dealt with Corey and he did not pressure me. Good to deal with. I was called into another room to discuss rustproofing and paint coating, but that was not pressured either. If I was not 1-1/2 hours away I might have thought about it more. I have had my F150 truck for a week and love it better than my Chevy 1500. More
