TRY RICART FIRST - YOU WON'T BE SORRY After having bad experiences with two Ford dealerships with salesmen who were less than competent, we drove almost 3 hours away to Ricart Ford in Colu After having bad experiences with two Ford dealerships with salesmen who were less than competent, we drove almost 3 hours away to Ricart Ford in Columbus. What a wise decision we made. Prior to our visit, we had shopped online to pick out the F-150 XLT that we wanted. Price and rebates factored into our decision as well. When we arrived, they had greeters at the door to direct us to who we wished to talk to. The salesman talked with us about what vehicle we had come to see, and let us take a test drive on highway and in the city. Jay was our salesman. He was friendly, honest and personable. After deciding to purchase the truck we liked, Jay called Melissa to come and discuss price, loan percentages, and rebates. Melissa too, was honest, friendly and personable. Once we shook hands on an agreed price for the truck, we were taken into Jason to finalize the finances and signing of all remaining papers. Jay, Melissa, and Jason all answered our questions with knowledgeable answers. They never said "I don't know, I have to ask someone else". They would say things like, "Jason can help you with that when you go in with him to sign the papers." My husband and I have bought new cars and trucks several times in our lives and though we have had good experiences along with bad ones, we have never had such a good buying experience as we had with Jay, Melissa and Justin at #1Ricart Ford. I can tell you, I would drive for 2 days, if needed, to buy from Ricart again. We definitely will be back for more. There was a small error, but it was corrected immediately. We paid additional for rubber floor mats rather than the standard cloth ones. The mats were not in the truck. My husband called Jay. He apologized, put them in the mail immediately, and they arrived at our house in 2 days. It was a minor error that had been overlooked and they corrected it with no hassle. More

Granted if someone was reviewing him it may of been seen as "unprofessional." I'd have to strongly disagree with that. He quickly realized we both shared similar interest in the "car scene" and he adjusted his approach based off that. He was an extremely personable person and wether or not he thought the same thing but he was someone I would befriend on a personal level. I was planning in leaving in a ST regardless but he just made the entire day enjoyable and I couldn't believe I'd spent almost 5 hours there, it definitely didn't feel like it. More

I got what I wanted and could afford and more, My reason on giving this such a high rating was because of my sales person Jacob Moore. I have been going to Ricart since the 70's and he's the best My reason on giving this such a high rating was because of my sales person Jacob Moore. I have been going to Ricart since the 70's and he's the best sales person I have ever come across. In the old days, it was pressure, pressure, and pressure to buy. These days fits trying to figure out how to get the finance company/bank allow you to have that expensive car! LOL! I didn't get my "dream car", but, I always have my goals set high. But, Jacob Moore, hung in there with me and I know I can be a pain in the butt at times. Once this car is paid off, I will definitely be back. More
