Excellent Prices, service was pu and down I was in the market for a used truck. Ricart, through their Motor Trend warranty and exchange policy, had me feeling comfortable buying without test I was in the market for a used truck. Ricart, through their Motor Trend warranty and exchange policy, had me feeling comfortable buying without test driving first. I contacted them about a specific vehicle listed online. The first sales associate I dealt with seemed a little too old school, and continually tried to talk me into just coming and taking a look around the lot, even though I made it clear I was ready to buy. I wanted to get as much out of the way remotely so I could waste as little time as possible at the dealer. I called back and was able to work with Andrew (Drew) Harrison. Being younger, he got what I was all about. We got a purchase order together quickly, I got my own financing, and scheduled a time to come pick up the truck. There were a few headaches, as I was purchasing through a Power of Attorney, which is not common, apparently. Regardless, while there was a little hair pulling, and I was still at the dealer longer than I wished, it was relatively painless. I appreciated that when I went back to "Finance" to finish the paperwork, Jeff made one soft sell of extended warranty, which I promptly declined, and he let it go. Other dealers I have bought from in the past were not this easy to get through. My one biggest complaint is they will not acccept a deposit on a vehicle to hold it for you. The first person to bring them money or a security agreement gets the car. This really bothered me, as in theory you could be applying for financing and have someone come in and buy the car before your paperwork is finished. Overall, I would say, if you in the market for a nice truck, at an exceptional price, check them out. If you plan on being the one buying, and titling, and do a little work up front, it will be pretty painless. More
