I told them exactly what I wanted and they did not try to sell me anything other than what I was asking for; they worked with me on pricing and got me a great deal on a 2016 Ford Focus. They did not make me feel pressured to buy right then and there and gave me the option to think about my decision and come back if I needed to, which I truly appreciated. I really felt like they cared about MY needs and not just getting the sale, and that really made all the difference. Everything was good but the sales manager. I was a customer that drove over 500 miles to buy a truck. I had been talking with Michael Cuva for about a week and with his great help, found a truc I was a customer that drove over 500 miles to buy a truck. I had been talking with Michael Cuva for about a week and with his great help, found a truck through phone calls and pictures from Michael. Mr Cuva was excellent, never pushy, and gave me all the information that I needed to find the right truck. After Michael found the truck, I wanted to settle on a price before a made the long drive. Cuva had Dan Atherton, sales manager, to call me with a final price. We agreed on the price that was supposed to include sales tax. Dan asked what my local sales tax was and even called my local courthouse. To make a long story short, I find out once I get back home to get my tag that I had to pay over $1500 in taxes. I called Michael to see if we could figure out a solution and DAN called back and said that I misunderstood. He said that his notes showed that I would pay taxes when I got home and that I had put $1000 down. I didn't put any money down and he told me that taxes would be covered in the price before I made the long drive. Michael Cuva is excellent but Dan Atherton will tell you one thing and write down something else. HE'S A TYPICAL SALES CROOK. More

Ricart was great! Kayla, Melissa Frank were FANTASTIC! We went in with the intention to look for a truck for my husband - with the idea if I found something (mustang) I loved and the price was good on both We went in with the intention to look for a truck for my husband - with the idea if I found something (mustang) I loved and the price was good on both, we might 'eventually' buy 2 cars. "Big Might". We spoke to one other person who was busy with other customers. He referred us to Kayla - and I'm SOOOO glad he did. She was exactly what we needed. Knowledgeable, straight forward and patient. Kayla took us both around - showed us truck_-(one and done) and dozens of Mustangs. I was actually surprised at how knowledgeable she was about BOTH vehicles. I felt she really helped us both pick out the truck/car we wanted. My husband had already located the truck he wanted on-line but we couldn't find it. Kayla tracked it down and had it brought outside the showroom. SOLD - stopped looking for trucks. Onto the Mustangs.. I looked at so many! I wasn't 100% sure what I wanted. But Kayla helped me find the car I didn't think I could leave without! Then Melissa jumped in and helped us (along with the misc. 'person-in-the- back-running-numbers') look at a dozen combos of lease/purchase options for both. Could we really do this? 2 cars? We had a car to trade in and felt solid about their offer. We were there for many hours- with a 7-yr-old - on a rainy day - almost to OSU game-time! The entire staff was fun and helpful- even gave us hotdogs/brats! It was a LOOONG day. Frank took over- it was past closing-OSU game was starting.. Frank got us through 2 sets of paperwork. He explained things in detail-but quickly. During this time, Kayla stayed and got our cars ready to roll. Kayla pointed out an issue with my Mustang (I wouldn't have seen it for weeks). She made arrangements to have me come back and get it fixed. At the end- we left the mommy SUV at Ricart and left with 2 new vehicles. It's been a little while since the 'double-purchase' and first payment has been made on one. I still feel GREAT about our vehicles (I can't say 'cars' -it would offend my 'truck-owing-hubby'). I am ecstatic about our purchases! I don't have buyers remorse and I never felt pressured - by anyone. Kayla was straight-up and we knew what we were getting. We had a budget - we stretched a little - I mean... we bought 2 cars..er vehicles. But in the end both the hubby and I were happy. Still happy. I don't often write reviews - (I'm making up for it in word count) - but this was a big purchase and I feel like Ricart and team the difference. I would go back there anytime and would absolutely recommend to anyone. More

Throughout the course of my weekend, I went to various dealerships with little to moderate success with Ricart being th last one of my list since they had Sunday hours. I didn't go in hoping for success and the Ford part of Ricart was the last stop. All of the sales people especially my salesman Walker Danison were all incredibly helpful in explaining the various things pertaining to new car purchase. It was a very stress free environment. I at no time felt pressured into anything which is what made the experience more relaxing and enjoyable. I would ( and do) recommend Ricart and Walker to anyone. Great experience. More
