As with our last lease, our salesperson was Mike Kidwell and he continued to show us everything we asked for and could not be more knowledgeable about all of the Ford products. In fact, all of the personnel we came in contact with that day were really great. We did not feel pressured to close the lease but were given really good service in all facets of the transaction. 2016 Escape I worked with Zach on a purchase in a previous year and had called him to work on possibly upgrading. He had moved into a different position within Ricart and directed me to Tim. I came in on a Friday evening to meet with Tim hoping that we could work out a deal on a new purchase with a trade in. Tim and Chad were so helpful and willing to work with my needs which ended up getting me into the car I was hoping for. With all the finalization of paperwork we ended up being there later than close and not once did I hear a moan about the time. In fact, we came back to clear out my old car the next day we ended up looking for a new car for my boyfriend and ended up purchasing a Fiesta from Tim and Chad. I highly recommend Ricart and any of the employees I have come in contact with in sales or service. More
