Horrible. I will never take my car here for service EVER again. I’ve been a customer of Ricart’s for over 10 years and I will never even buy another car here. I will never take my car here for service EVER again. I’ve been a customer of Ricart’s for over 10 years and I will never even buy another car here. They are very shady and I don’t like how they do business. I took my car to get serviced. They had it for 4 days. I pay $300 and I take it home just for my check engine light to come on THE NEXT DAY! I start having a new issue that wasn’t happening before I took it to Ricart and when I call they said it had nothing to do with my original service. VERY SKETCHY! So I take it back and they keep it for another 5 days to charge me an additional $350. The whole process was terrible. I couldn’t get clear answers from anyone. They never answer the phone. Overall I feel I was ripped off and I can not stress enough how AWFUL this place is. I’ve already told multiple people to never take their cars there for service. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. More
