New car sales and car service. I have previously bought 2 new cars from Ricart in the last 2 years and this car was going to make 3 in 3 years. Last weekend I had a very bad experi I have previously bought 2 new cars from Ricart in the last 2 years and this car was going to make 3 in 3 years. Last weekend I had a very bad experience. This was not ordinary compared to my previous experiences. I swore I was never coming back, I left a post on their Facebook page explaining what happened. Ricart responded quickly to my post confirming I should not have been treated the way I was treated. They did not try to argue with me, they simply gave me their consumer advocate. I must say I was very pleased with how they attempted to fix their mistakes. As a result of their response, I plan to return for future purchases. They righted ALL of the previous wrongs. Additionally, I get my cars serviced here and have for years. They have always been honest with me, telling me when I could get parts cheaper elsewhere. Shea in sales gets two thumbs up!
