Outstanding - I basically knew what kind of car I wanted when I went in. I had my friend with me & she is semi-disabled. She was going to sit in the car while Dustin McKean ( sales consultant) & I looked at when I went in. I had my friend with me & she is semi-disabled. He drove us to all the cars I was interested in & answered all the questions I had. When I found the car I wanted he got the keys & we took it for a test drive. He sat in the back seat while my friend sat in the front seat beside me. Dustin said she would be the one riding there so she should sit there for the test drive. When we returned to the showroom Dustin filled out all the paperwork & turned it in to the finance department. They approved a loan for me even though I had had came out of a bancruptcy less then a year ago.I now have a black 2007 Chevy Equinox. Dustin & the rest of the people that helped me through the process were awesome. They made the whole procedure so smooth & comfortable. Me and my husband visited Ricart Used Car Sales one Saturday afternoon and I can't tell you how many vehicles we looked at. We were dealing with one person and then Mike stepped in to help. He understood what we were looking for in our price range. We did purchase a vehicle because the 2 we actually wanted were in finance. After thinking about the vehicle that was purchased we decided that we did not want it so we went back the next day and talked to Mike.
