I had looked at other dealerships before stepping foot in to Ricart. None of the other dealers had anything as to what I was looking for. Aaron met me at the door, greeted me, and right away asked what I was to Ricart. None of the other dealers had anything as to what I was looking for. Aaron met me at the door, greeted me, and right away asked what I was looking for. I explained my criteria and asked if he has anything in the criteria I had given him. He said it might be tough, but he'll do his best. We went to his desk and right aways he started taking notes. I had my two children with me. He offered them popcorn and engaged in conversation with them making the whole conversation about what I was looking for easier. He found two vehicles right away. We test drove one, and the other I could not drive. Then he found the exact vehicle I was looking for. I test drove it and loved it. We worked a price that would work for me. Then I was given to Bryan who explained everything in detail so that I had no questions left to ask. The next morning Aaron called to see if everything was going ok with the bank and if I had any additional questions. Once everything was good to go on my end, I called Aaron. He had the car ready to go when I got there. It had been washed and cleaned on the inside. I met with Bryan again who had everything ready to go and was really pleasant again to work with. He made sure I had all my docs and understood what I was signing. Again I met with Aaron once more who attached my plate, filled my tank as it was on E, and wished me well. I would recommend this dealer alone on the service I received from those two gentlemen. More

Matt Kmosko was my sales person. He was fast and effective even though I am a very picky person he worked till he found my 2004 honda accord and never once did he try to push the sale.
