We had an overall "good" experience with Ricart used car factory. Joe Hollenbach, our sales person, is very friendly, courteous and has good product knowledge. If we have any criticism it was our experience in financing with the push to purchase a service contract with the additional costs added to the stated deal and monthly payment. The particular day of purchase was at closing time and while we initially agreed to the service contract we opted out of it the following day because of the overall added cost. In our opinion, selling of an additional service contract should have been offered during the initial sale and not during the finalizing of financing. However, overall we have a good rating for Joe and Ricart. More

Dave Thorton did an awesome job and we were very pleased with how he handle our day. The people who handled the paperwork, loan and title were not friendly at all and that dropped my experience from great with how he handle our day. Steve Holsinger quickly responded to my online application. I received a phone call the following morning. I went down same day to Ricart to look at a car. The price of the car was more than I wanted to spend, but as he said why pay less for something that I am not happy with, when I can a little more and totally love the car. More
