Brought my new F-150 for an oil change and it came back with greasy fingerprints inside and out. I didn't notice until I got home. Then when I brought it back, first thing they say is that is not from us. with greasy fingerprints inside and out. I didn't notice until I got home. Then when I brought it back, first thing they say is that is not from us. Then they see the door and agree with me. I have zero confidence with their service department now. If sloppy on the outside, did the cut corners under the hood? Are bolts tightened to spec? Did they even change the oil? I don't trust them based on my first experience with the Rich Ford Service Department. More

Easy in, easy out, but a little expensive for parts vs labor. Did cover warranty issues with excluder seals, and so far the truck seems fine. Ok although my advisor was off on Saturday and he led me to believe I would have my car on Sat causing 2 day extra car rental. I have a F250 with 9,000 miles and having transmission issues (surging, hard shifting, no power when trying to accelerate). All of these are happening intermittently. First I was told that they could not issues (surging, hard shifting, no power when trying to accelerate). All of these are happening intermittently. First I was told that they could not duplicate the problem (isn't that always what happens when you take a vehicle in?) The I was told that Ford put out a memo stating that "customers perceive an issue with the 10 speed transmission but it is really not an issue, it's normal" I was able to find two lawsuits filed regarding these exact concerns so I know that it is not "normal." I have driven Fords since 1981, and I can honestly say this is the last Ford product I will own. More
