Iduree, respectfully we sincerely appreciate your issue. But despite being legal issues pending, as often is the case, there are literally thousands of responses from the Ford database that supports our service departments response. We'll happily continue to observe your vehicle in the hope of finding something that is documentable, but unless Ford issues an official correction anything we do will NOT be covered under warranty. Let me be clear, this response is from Ford directly and has nothing to do with our hope to service your vehicle. Obviously, we'd love to work on your truck and rectify even a "perceived" issue. But, our department is not at liberty to dive into an issue which the manufacturer has looked into and recommends no fix. I'm sure this response does not make the issue any less important to you, but we're only the messenger. I would recommend however that if you're interested in pursuing further avenues of remedy, you contact me directly at Webmaster@Rich-Ford.com and I can point you toward the Ford representative with whom you may relay your problem. Until then, I hope you will reconsider your rating of a company which has long served Albuquerque and it's customers with the highest level of service and devotion.
