BEWARE- Just left Rich-Ford. Showed up and they were showing me the wildtrek and bigbend (drove an hour and a half north for the base model). Then they show me a Big Bend that they said "new" but when I went to sign the paperwork to close on it they clarified "like new" (not the same) and we're selling at the price of a new without less guarantee/warranty etc... Will not return there EVER!!! Rather make the extra trip north or west where I don't have to listen for words like "like"! Shady dealership for sure! More

I took my f450 in for service and a repair they had my truck for 3 days and the part was still not delivered and in those three day’s waiting for a part they did not complete the oil change or another sma truck for 3 days and the part was still not delivered and in those three day’s waiting for a part they did not complete the oil change or another small repair to the hood latch. Now I have to pick up my vehicle and drop it off again when they get the part. The service writer was quick to blame not having the part on not completing the rest of the service I will never buy another vehicle from these jokers again More

Really?! So you are getting it ready for someone and suddenly you sell it to someone else? I was already overpaying them. This person must really have gotten snookered. Oh, they are so nice when you are there. They lie, like most dealers do, but you expect that and they are sweet and nice. Then, someone poor dummy walks in the day after you've looked at the vehicle, they tell that poor dummy it's available--when it's not--and you get screwed. So sorry I ignored the negative reviews. I never knew you could renege on a sale. I won't even go into the xx they pulled while we were negotiating the sale. Suffice it to say, I was willing to pay their inflated price (talked them down a bit), and then they began backing out on all kinds of things. More

I was traveling from Texas to California when my van gave a error message of "Fuel Filter Clogged", After going to a quick lube place and wasting 3 hours and they not being able to take care of my problem, a error message of "Fuel Filter Clogged", After going to a quick lube place and wasting 3 hours and they not being able to take care of my problem, I located Rich Ford. I thought to myself that I was going to get "hosed". Maria got me in and out in a matter of 3 hours. They fixed my problem and got me back on the road at a very reasonable price. Read this before you buy from Rich Ford! !!! They are LIARS and CROOKS! I have purchased 3 trucks in 7 years from Rich Ford. And in November of 2022 I needed a 1 ton truck . I looked every !!! They are LIARS and CROOKS! I have purchased 3 trucks in 7 years from Rich Ford. And in November of 2022 I needed a 1 ton truck . I looked everywhere here in Albuquerque both Ram and Ford. I found a 2021 F350 Powerstroke at Rich Ford and traded in my 2019 Ram 2500. Part of the deal was for me to keep my New Cooper tires I purchased for the Ram in October. After the deal was done and they got my $10,000 down I came in a few days later to bring in the Ram and get my Cooper tires and bring home my new/used F350. They backed out of the tire swap and wanted $2,000 for new tires from their store! The GM their, I believe his name is Reese, was horrible!! Probably not worth mentioning but when he got within 3 feet of me there was a very bad odor coming from his body! One would think they would like to keep a loyal customer, but this was not the case! I left there feeling sick to my stomach and to make matters worse when I got the truck home I noticed a very well hidden crack on the very lower bottom on the front windshield! I called my salesperson there and sent him some pics. Their GM said too bad since I already drove it off the lot! I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN, or as long as the current GM is part of their team! Super positive experience from initial invitation to test drive a Bronco, to actual order of said Bronco right up to the delivery of the Bronco. Very professional team at Rich Ford. During the one year and one month time period from initial order to delivery of the Bronco, Maria Uriarte kept me posted on the progress.
